Intern in Amsterdam working for Adidas: TBWA\ NEBOKO

After doing my internship at TBWA\ANG in Malta, I moved offices and countries to work at the Dutch bigger office TBWA\NEBOKO. Here I also got the chance to work with international colleagues. They came from Australia, New Zealand, England, America, Sweden and Turkey. Altogether we were in a team working for Adidas Global.

Through this time, I experienced the whole process of project management from items such as strategy, creation, production and lastly all the communication among this. Adidas global has been a unique and challenging client for me to work for. 

Activities included:

• Project management for multiple 360 degrees Adidas campaigns

• Campaign performance reviews

• Intermediary between the client and the organisation (strategy, creative, production)

• Worked independently with a financial tracking system Workbook and an organisational digital asset box for the client

Altogether, I learn to support asset management during a busy project season at the end of the year. I was really eager to learn and I loved the atmosphere of working with so many ex-pats. My American manager also really motivated me to follow my dreams and to work hard to make things happen.
